          "text": "<p><strong>Pay Rate:&#xa0;$21/ hour</strong>&#xa0;- Use our Daily Pay benefit and get access to your pay as you need it.&#xa0;</p><p>As the<strong> </strong><strong>Projects 1&#xa0;Technician</strong> you will support resort operations by executing project based maintenance tasks that require a diverse set of trade skills, including drywall, painting, texture finishing, plumbing, electrical work, and flooring repairs.</p><p>What you will do as the&#xa0;<strong>Projects 1&#xa0;Technician:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete engineering projects, guest service calls, blitzes, and preventative maintenance activities as directed by resort leadership.</li><li>Troubleshoot, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and piping systems.</li><li>Diagnose and repair minor electrical issues, including receptacles, lighting components, and ballasts.</li><li>Perform repairs on household appliances and general fixtures.</li><li>Apply working knowledge of HVAC systems to conduct basic preventative maintenance and troubleshooting.</li><li>Repair interior and exterior walls, ceilings, and coverings, including painting, texturing, and caulking.</li><li>Install and repair flooring materials such as tile, grout, vinyl, and carpet.</li><li>Assist with pool and spa operations, including chemical balancing, cleaning, and routine maintenance.</li><li>Participate in procurement and inventory processes to ensure tools and materials are readily available.</li><li>Utilize resort systems and software such as HotSOS to manage tasks and workflow efficiently.</li><li>Communicate professionally via radio, phone, email, and in-person interactions.</li><li>Perform custodial and general maintenance duties as assigned.</li><li>Safely operate hand tools and power equipment required for the job.</li><li>Work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, and lifts while following proper safety protocols.</li><li>Identify and report potential safety or security concerns on property.</li><li>Provide exceptional guest service by actively listening and responding to guest needs.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.</li><li>Represent Westgate Resorts professionally in appearance, conduct, and communication.</li><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by resort operations leadership.</li></ul>",
