The ideal candidate will offer top-notch service throughout the sales floor, from welcoming customers and assisting with sales to sharing product knowledge, providing styling advice, managing the cash wrap, restocking, and maintaining the overall store presentation. This is a seasonal position from May to October. Must ensure brand integrity while upholding our core values and delivering the highest level of service.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to a proactive selling culture that focuses on building genuine, long-term relationships. Maintain awareness and involvement with top customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support the store team by achieving and exceeding financial goals and build multiple revenue streams through walk-in traffic, clienteling, and event-generated business. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Be a customer service champion. Ensure exemplary customer service and exceed expectations at all opportunities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Have a passion for the Tuckernuck brand and our offerings through detail-oriented product knowledge.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain an understanding of current market and national trends to offer insightful suggestions.
