You will form part of a team providing outsourcing services and to work with a team of professionals to support<span> <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Forvis </span></span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mazars in Singapore</span>. This position will be based in<span> </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Under the guidance of your Senior/Manager, develop your understanding of the Singapore payroll structure and components.</li>\n<li>Prepare and support payroll processing and recording of client’s payroll, which includes but not limited to monthly payroll reports, social security administration, statutory filing, year-end income tax returns.</li>\n<li>Participate in daily data entry and any other related payroll processing procedures.</li>\n<li>Preparing of monthly payroll reports.</li>\n<li>Establish and maintain good client relationships with your portfolio of clients.</li>\n<li>Work with other Mazars teams, domestic and international, to meet client’s needs.</li>\n<li>Involve in any other ad hoc duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or business-related subject</li>\n<li>Good command of the English Language</li>\n<li>Team player with strong interpersonal and client servicing skills</li>\n<li>Has excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage conflicting deadlines</li>\n<li>Able to pay attention to detail and highly meticulous</li>\n<li>Able to deal with confidential materials</li>\n<li>Well versed in Microsoft Excel and collaboration tools, i.e. MS Teams</li>\n<li>Please take note that this role will be based in Malaysia and interview will take place over a virtual platform</li>\n<li>Fresh graduates and candidates with no working experience are welcome to apply.
