South Port Square is actively seeking a hospitality-driven professional to join our growing team!</p>\n<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE:</strong></p>\n<p>The Dietary Aide is responsible for preparing and serving therapeutic diet trays to health center residents in accordance with posted therapeutic diet menus.</p>\n<p><strong>Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Dietary Aide:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Prepares therapeutic desserts and salads as required.</li>\n <li>Serves meals in the health center.</li>\n <li>Sets up tables in the health center dining room and breaks down same after meal.</li>\n <li>Transport hot and cold foods to and from the health center.</li>\n <li>Transport all required nonfood items to and from the health center.</li>\n <li>Maintains station equipment and work area in safe and sanitary condition.</li>\n <li>Maintains acceptable standards of personal hygiene and complies with department dress code.</li>\n <li>Attends in-service training and education sessions as assigned.</li>\n <li>Performs specific work duties and responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be 18 years of age or older</li>\n <li>Previous experience in nursing home food service preferred.</li>\n <li>Can understand measurements and conversions.</li>\n <li>Are team players!</li>\n <li>Can generate a warm, friendly, and caring manner on first impression.</li>\n <li>Can communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, and visitors.</li>\n <li>Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>What We Offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>401K with employer match</li>\n <li>Dental Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Health Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Vision Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Life Insurance&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Paid Time Off&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Daily Pay&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Extraordinary Rewards Program</li>\n <li>Fun, caring, inclusive work environment!</li>\n</ul>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Part-Time, Weekend availability required</p>\n<p>Salary: From $15.00 per hour</p>\n<p><i><strong>Background Screening Requirement:</strong>&nbsp;This position requires background screening through the Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.
