    "description": "<p>Integrity is actively recruiting a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Validation Support</span> team member to join our expanding team!</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Validation Support is responsible for assisting in shipping/receiving, material handling, set-up, and general labour within the Validation department. This team member will be versatile in assisting the department where needed in order to efficiently serve our customers.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Validation Support will report directly to the Validation Team Leader.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We offer competitive wages, compensation for travel, health and dental benefits, a company-matched pension plan, performance based bonuses, an employee reward and recognition program, as well as many other means of employee appreciation throughout the year.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Load and unload trucks</li>\n<li>Organize material storage in Validation</li>\n<li>Responsible for all aspects of shipping/receiving within the department</li>\n<li>Assist Material Handler with inventory, drying, maintaining information and data sheets, and dryer maintenance as needed</li>\n<li>Move jobs using overhead crane and forklift</li>\n<li>Assist Set-Up Technicians as required</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean and organized work area</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous forklift and overhead crane experience</li>\n<li>Previous material handling, shipping/receiving experience an asset</li>\n<li>Ability to follow line up and learn company procedures</li>\n<li>Strong work ethic</li>\n<li>Good communication and organizational skills</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Company Overview:</span></p>\n<p>Integrity has been specializing in custom plastic injection molds primarily for the automotive industry since 2000.
