    "requisitionDescription": "<div><div><p data-pasted=\"true\">Working in close partnership with the Managing Director of Marketing and Communications, the Senior Manager of Marketing will drive the marketing function in advancement of business growth goals which includes a key emphasis on organic and inorganic growth and brand management. A typical way to acquire the requirements would be:</p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;margin-left: 0.25in;\"><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; Master&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>Minimum of 12 years&rsquo; experience in marketing and a demonstrated track record of success in senior level marketing role within a wealth management firm or related industry</li></ul><p>Physical Demands and Work Environment:</p><p>Primarily sedentary work in an office with minimal distractions; walking throughout the office. Learn and memorize tasks; execute tasks independently; apply knowledge and use judgment to manage situations. Occasionally exert up to ten pounds of force to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Perform repetitive motions; substantial movements of the wrists, hands, and fingers for computer keyboard operation. Use near visual acuity to perform an activity such as preparing documents, operating a computer, and reading.
