          "text": "<p>We are seeking a motivated, dependable, and hands-on Maintenance Manager in Training (MMIT) to join our team. This role is designed for individuals looking to grow into a leadership position within facility maintenance operations. The MMIT will work closely with Maintenance Managers and club leadership to learn daily operations, safety standards, team leadership, inventory management, and overall facility excellence.</p><p>This is a development program designed to prepare candidates for promotion into a Maintenance Manager role. Candidates who successfully complete the MMIT program and demonstrate strong leadership, operational knowledge, accountability, and performance will have the opportunity to become a Maintenance Manager.</p><p><strong>Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:</strong>&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Assist with maintaining club cleanliness and facility standards</li><li>Learn and support daily maintenance operations and procedures</li><li>Conduct facility walkthroughs and identify maintenance concerns</li><li>Support locker room, laundry, and facility floor operations</li><li>Assist with inventory tracking and supply organization</li><li>Learn scheduling, staffing support, and shift management</li><li>Ensure all safety protocols and company standards are followed</li><li>Support emergency response and facility issue resolution</li><li>Work alongside leadership to develop management and communication skills</li><li>Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for members and staff</li></ul>",
