Martin/Martin, Inc. is looking for a part-time facility assistant to join our corporate department in our Denver, Colorado office. This position performs maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to the company headquarters building and grounds. About Martin/Martin, Inc. With ten office locations and a staff of 400+, Martin/Martin engineers have project experience in all 50 states and on all seven continents. (Yes, even Antarctica!) View our 2025 Year in Review here. Responsibilities Respond to work requests submitted by employees Utilize CMMS program to schedule, dispatch, track, and report repairs and preventative maintenance activities. Assist with routine maintenance tasks, such as light repairs, plumbing, electrical work, HVAC filter replacement, wall patching, painting, and general upkeep of the facility. Help with the setup and breakdown of events or meetings held within the facility. This could include arranging chairs, tables, and audiovisual equipment. Provide excellent service to employees and visitors by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and directing them to the appropriate resources or personnel. Support facility-related projects, such as renovations, office relocations, or equipment installations. Keep the outside grounds maintained. May include mowing, trimming, sprinkler system maintenance, and mulching. Schedule activities to avoid disruption of services to internal and external customers. Other duties as assigned.
