    "description": "<p>We’re looking for a motivated <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Security &amp; IT Operations Intern</span> to join our team in Panama, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity for a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">recent graduate or final-year student in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, or a related field</span> who is interested in identity management, process automation, and building structured IT operations in a fast-paced technology environment.</p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p>As part of our Security &amp; IT Operations team, you will support initiatives that improve access governance, onboarding automation, and security awareness across the company.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support identity governance initiatives by analysing and classifying Azure user accounts to improve lifecycle control, reduce access risk, and increase transparency</li>\n<li>Contribute to the design of scalable role-based access models that enable structured and automated onboarding and offboarding</li>\n<li>Evaluate and map existing onboarding and access workflows to identify inefficiencies, ownership gaps, and opportunities for standardization</li>\n<li>Assist in building and structuring a vendor inventory and risk classification framework to improve third-party security visibility</li>\n<li>Help design and operationalize a company-wide security awareness program aligned with real operational and data protection risks</li>\n<li>Contribute to building clear, structured documentation frameworks for IT operations and employee-facing processes</li>\n<li>Assist in reviewing and categorizing identity- and configuration-related security findings to support prioritization and remediation planning</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recent graduate or final-year student in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field</li>\n<li>Basic understanding of access control, operating systems, and security fundamentals</li>\n<li>Interest in identity management, automation, and IT governance</li>\n<li>Comfortable working with structured data (Excel, reports, documentation tools)</li>\n<li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams</li>\n<li>Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">English is a must</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Benefits</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Valuable hands-on experience in a dynamic and growing industry.</li>\n<li>Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals.</li>\n<li>Exposure to diverse projects and opportunities for skill development.</li>\n<li>Networking opportunities within the company and industry.</li>\n<li>Potential for long-term career opportunities based on performance and business needs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
