The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills, excellent observation abilities, and the capacity to manage incidents professionally.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Requirement:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong verbal and written English communication skills</li>\n <li>Experience with data entry and computer systems</li>\n <li>Good observation, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations</li>\n <li>Valid <strong>Ontario security guard license</strong></li>\n <li>Must be eligible to work in Canada <strong>for 24 hours per week.</strong></li>\n <li>First Aid and CPR - Level C </li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old.</li>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent/GED or equivalent work experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Specific Duties Performed and Essential Functions</strong><strong> :</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Perform software administration, data entry, and maintain accurate records and reports</li>\n <li>Monitor CCTV systems and security equipment, identifying and reporting incidents</li>\n <li>Control site access and maintain a professional, customer-friendly presence</li>\n <li>Conduct indoor/outdoor and vehicle patrols as required</li>\n <li>Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, following site procedures</li>\n <li>Manage conflicts and de-escalate situations effectively</li>\n <li>Follow post orders, complete site training, and take direction from supervisors</li>\n <li>Demonstrate sound judgment and clear communication in all situations</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement.</li>\n <li>Comprehensive health and dental benefits</li>\n <li>Paid training and development programs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Disclaimer:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>As part of our standard hiring process, all candidates being considered for employment with Allied Universal are required to undergo a background check.
