You are expected as one of the leaders on the Network team to coordinate ticket acceptance and resolutions. You will develop technical resolution reports for critical outages in the Network.</p><p><br></p><p><u>In this role the Network Administrator will be responsible for:&nbsp;</u></p><ul><li>Performing System patching and IAVA patches to network routers and switches.</li><li>Performing IOS and Software upgrades.</li><li>Draft Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for network operations.</li><li>Troubleshooting systems failures and accessibility problems within the network to our services.</li><li>Monitoring network performance, track usage and develop capacity planning reports.</li><li>Making recommendations that enhance operational efficiencies for network monitoring, management, and overall operations.    <ul>      <li>Uses experience and knowledge articles to understand/implement potential workarounds.&nbsp;</li>      <li>Updates knowledge articles and handles \"how to\" questions.&nbsp;</li>      <li>Support KM management by entering solutions into the Solutions database.</li>    </ul></li><li>Support engineering design data calls.</li><li>Support new/enhanced network implementation, installation, and technical refresh projects within a site or locale.</li><li>Preform Network ticket resolution.    <ul>      <li>Support Network ticket closure across Network OPS staff to include:        <ul>          <li>Completes initial categorization of Service Requests (type, sub-type, location device, priority, etc.)&nbsp;</li>        </ul>      </li>      <li>Use administrative access to the network to provision new switches, router, VLANs and Krypto.</li>      <li>Uses administrative access to network components to research errors, incidents, problems and to perform incident analysis and identify potential problems.&nbsp;</li>      <li>Routing Service Requests to the appropriate organization required for incident resolution.&nbsp;</li>      <li>Performs root cause analyses.</li>      <li>Completes problem resolutions associated with incident ticket(s).&nbsp;</li>    </ul></li><li>May configure, deploy, manage, and maintain Network monitoring systems used by the technicians to ensure availability and overall performance of system and services.&nbsp;</li></ul><h3><br></h3>",
