Connect with clients to build rapport and be their accountability partner. Explain and demonstrate exercises in detail. Provide modifications and progressions for exercises. Explain and educate participants on safe and proper use of gym equipment.</li><li>Teach Premium Class offerings e.g. Penn FIT or Weightlifting 101.  Teach for Wellness Outreach events e.g. Free Body Comps, Wellness Expo, Campus Partner group events, etc. Check-in all program participants and clients using the Fusion software system. Report attendance after every class into the Group Ex Pro software system.</li><li>Promote Campus Recreation programs and services.
