This role focuses on building strong external relationships, supporting the understanding of clinical data, and contributing insights from the field to inform medical and organizational strategies. The MSL plays a critical role in driving scientific engagement, supporting education, and representing the company across regional markets.</p>\n<p> <br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Main Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Engage with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs) through regular field visits, scientific discussions, and educational interactions</li>\n<li>Represent the company at regional and international congresses, conferences, and scientific meetings</li>\n<li>Deliver scientific and medical education to surgeons and healthcare professionals, both in-person and virtually</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with KOLs and clinical experts</li>\n<li>Gather and communicate insights from the field to support Medical Affairs strategy and identify clinical opportunities</li>\n<li>Provide accurate, evidence-based responses to scientific and medical inquiries</li>\n<li>Support the development of scientific materials and presentations for internal and external stakeholders</li>\n<li>Contribute to publications, abstracts, and scientific communications</li>\n<li>Support Clinical and Regulatory teams by providing scientific and clinical input when needed</li>\n<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, and Medical Education teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>MD, PharmD, PhD or higher in a scientific or healthcare-related field</li>\n<li>8+ years of experience in Medical Affairs, MSL, or related roles within medical devices or healthcare</li>\n<li>Experience in breast aesthetics, reconstructive, or cosmetic procedures preferred</li>\n<li>Strong scientific communication and presentation skills</li>\n<li>Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders</li>\n<li>High level of autonomy and ability to work in a field-based environment</li>\n<li>Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 70% across Europe)</li>\n<li>Fluent in English</li>\n<li>Additional local languages are desirable</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><em>Important Note: This job description includes the necessary aspects required to evaluate this job position.
