Analyze relevant data, which may include annual revenues, employment, or expenditures. </li>\n <li>Interview managers and employees while observing their operations. Develop solutions to problems. </li>\n <li>In the course of preparing recommendations, understand the nature of the organization, the relationship it has with others in the Government, and its internal organization and culture. </li>\n <li>Prepare and solve mathematical models. </li>\n <li>Report findings and recommendations to the Government. </li>\n <li>Reports are usually submitted in writing, but oral presentations regarding findings also are common. </li>\n <li>For some projects, management analysts are retained to help implement the suggestions they have made</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience working within the Team SUB environment</li>\n <li>7 or more years of experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis, financial/cost analysis, or a relavent field.</li>\n <li>Bachelor's level degree in a business or technical field</li>\n <li>Active Secret level security clearance</li>\n <li>U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Pay Transparency Statement</h2>AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is USD $76,700.00/Yr. - USD $128,000.00/Yr. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
