This position will also leverage data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes, optimize operational performance, and support evidence-based decision-making. This role is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex healthcare data from diverse sources, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. The CCA bridges clinical operations, IT, and data/reporting to improve workflows, ensure data integrity, and support quality care delivery for underserved populations.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Analyze incomplete, sensitive, or ambiguous clinical information and transform it into accurate, compliant reports.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Identify reporting discrepancies, data quality issues, and trends, and escalate using established escalation process.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Provide day-to-day support to employees for EHR and clinical systems or resolve issues using established clinical and regulatory standards.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Create and deliver reports for clinical leadership, compliance departments, and regulatory agencies within the established timeline.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Troubleshoot user issues, errors, and workflow challenges.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Plan, design and implement clinical applications.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Provide training to care teams on encounters, standing orders, documentation, and EMR/EDR processes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Review clinical staff workflow and develop solutions for workflow deficiencies and gaps.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Coordinate implementation of new modules; lead and coordinate upgrades and changes to modules incorporating testing, training, and communication.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Collect, clean, and manage large sets of healthcare data from EHRs, claims, patient surveys, and operational systems.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Continue to develop professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and establishing professional networks.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Configure and maintain system settings, templates, and user roles.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Analyze trends in patient care delivery, patient engagement, appointment utilization, and other quality measures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Collaborate with administration to identify data needs and translate business questions into analytical solutions.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ensure data accuracy, security, and HIPAA compliance in all analytics processes.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Support reporting requirements for quality programs, such as PCPCH, CCO/UDS, and APCM initiatives.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Set an example of accountability by following all Aviva Health policies and procedures.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Travelling as needed to provide support to various clinic sites using a company or personal vehicle.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Other relevant duties as assigned.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">QUALIFICATIONS:</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Two or more years’ experience in a healthcare data analysis role required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Familiarity with healthcare standards and regulations (e.g., HIPAA, ICD, CPT) required.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Experience with creating and delivering reports within required timeline.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to meet tight deadlines; strong time management skills.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Ability to provide a high level of service in a courteous and efficient manner.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">· Current Oregon drivers license and clean driving record.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
