This is a client facing role with a fast pacing, so the ability to learn very quickly and thoroughly under changing circumstances is very important. As a Manager, it will be important to drive the execution of a project in a timely manner and on budget. Coaching, training, and working through complex problem solving with the team is essential, and finding a balance between delegating tasks to the team, but also withholding the responsibility for follow-up, accountability, and achieving project delivery to clients while meeting high quality standards.</span></p>\n<p><span>This is a pay-for-performance, pay-for-responsibility environment.
