The role ensures clinical accuracy and consistency in caregiver health responses, including oversight of AI-generated content, while driving robust quality assurance through audits and continuous improvement. It will provide strategic leadership across product, research, and cross-functional teams to strengthen digital health and behavior-change interventions, and lead the medical support team to ensure scalable, high-quality caregiver education delivery.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-size: 10pt\">A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in phone-based health education, managing medical knowledge banks, behaviour change health education and responding to medical queries.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-size: 10pt\">A minimum of 5 years experience in managing teams with diverse team members</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43); font-size: 10pt\">Experienced in Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) based responses system  </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(43, 43, 43);
