This isn't a role where you disappear into a backlog. You'll work directly with customers to understand their business problems, translate those into smart technical solutions, and deliver software they genuinely rely on.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll own work end-to-end: from initial conversations through design, build, deployment, and follow-up. You know how to put AI tools to work, using them to write and review code faster, accelerate research, and cut through the repetitive parts of development, so you can spend more time on the problems that actually require your judgment. You're not just comfortable with this shift; you're already living it, and you help the people around you do the same.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role is ideal for someone who gets energy from variety, autonomy, and accountability.
