Throw in integrity, a relentless drive for excellence and a commitment to always doing what’s right and you’ve got our interest. </p>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>50% dining privilege</li>\n <li>Fast-paced, fun environment</li>\n <li>Open-door communication</li>\n <li>Ability to advance your career</li>\n <li>Health benefits</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Requirements and Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Arrives to work on time as scheduled in full uniform</li>\n <li>Utilizes standard greetings and telephone etiquette when addressing and speaking with Guests via phone</li>\n <li>Greets Guests and delivery drivers in a warm and friendly manner while also acknowledging all Guests that come within five feet</li>\n <li>Follows the “To-Go” steps of service as defined in the training materials</li>\n <li>Provides the highest level of service by adhering to all Miller’s Ale House service standards</li>\n <li>Works directly with other Team Members to ensure all Guest needs are fulfilled in a timely manner</li>\n <li>Ensures menu knowledge to address Guests’ questions, including food allergy issues, while ensuring order accuracy</li>\n <li>Maintains a neat and organized work areas to include proper food handling and sanitation protocol</li>\n <li>Ensures work areas are stocked and ready for the next scheduled To Go Specialist, as well as cleanliness of work area upon departure</li>\n <li>Notifies Management immediately of any potential issue with Guests, Team Members, and/or long ticket times</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>SAFETY & SANITATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Washes hands every 30 minutes throughout the shift</li>\n <li>Serves all food and alcohol within accordance of company standards and state service requirements</li>\n <li>Maintains clean and sanitized work areas</li>\n <li>Works with Team Members to ensure that safety and sanitation protocol is being executed to company standard</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>TEAMWORK, SKILLS AND EDUCATION</u></strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supports other Front of House functions as needed, ensuring that everything within the 4 walls of the restaurant is every Team Member’s responsibility</li>\n <li>Positively communicates with other Team Members and Management to keep one another informed</li>\n <li>Provides exceptional service throughout the entire shift</li>\n <li>Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to work alone as well as with a team</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment</li>\n <li>Ability to work with numbers and handle cash</li>\n <li>Basic reading and handwriting skills with ability to operate the restaurant point-of-sale software</li>\n <li>Must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless otherwise dictated by state law</li>\n <li>Sets up Team Members for success at shift change by ensuring side work and stations are properly stocked</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><u>PHYSICAL DEMANDS</u></strong></p>\n<p>The To-Go Specialist is expected to be able to perform the job functions with reasonable accommodation.  Physical demands include:  </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Remain standing for extended periods of time</li>\n <li>Bending, squatting, and lifting, up to 20 lbs., for short distances</li>\n <li>Ability to work with varying noise levels</li>\n <li>Frequent communication with Managers, Team Members and Guests.
