We offer competitive pay, great benefits with a culture to match.</em></p><p><strong>POSITION SUMMARY</strong></p><p>The Facilities Technician II assists in fulfilling building maintenance requests of internal customers through a ticketing system, helps to ensure the safety and security of CCHS buildings and property, and helps to ensure the organization&rsquo;s compliance with applicable OSHA standards.</p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>1.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform skilled-level maintenance and repair work in a variety of trade disciplines including plumbing, electrical, painting, and carpentry at multiple locations.&nbsp;</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Operate light motorized equipment, hand and power tools skillfully and safely. &nbsp;</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform facility set up, tear down, and moving.</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist with pickup and delivery of supplies and furnishings to various locations.</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Learn and retain specific and general information concerning facilities, equipment, functions, and projects.&nbsp;</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Perform other duties as required.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>POSITION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>Education: High School diploma or GED required.</p><p>Experience: Minimum of two years of experience in a large physical plant facilities team.</p><p>Licenses or Certifications: Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license and insurance. &nbsp;License in a skilled trade preferred.</p><p><br></p>\n    </div>\n  </div>\n",
