(DFL), its suppliers, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) for vehicle equipment and component parts</li>\n <li>Utilizes independent judgment while assessing repair documentation provided by maintenancepersonnel for potential warranty claims</li>\n <li>Manages and oversees Warranty Operations to ensure timely and accurate processing of all warranty claims to meet suppliers and OEMs guidelines</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records of submitted, returned, rejected, and/or paid claims</li>\n <li>Provide accurate, timely, and professional communications among all staff, suppliers, and OEMs</li>\n <li>Collaborate with the Fleet Warranty Manager regarding maximizing efficiency and financial recovery for DFL’s Warranty Program</li>\n <li>Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.</li>\n <li>At least 1 year experience working in automotive or transportation industry.</li>\n <li>At least 1 year working as a Warranty Claims Representative or Analyst.</li>\n <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (including Excel, Word and Outlook).</li>\n <li>Possess good written and oral communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to work independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Benefits</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Stable and growing organization</li>\n <li>Competitive weekly pay</li>\n <li>Quick advancement</li>\n <li>Professional, positive and people-centered work environment</li>\n <li>Modern facilities</li>\n <li>Comprehensive benefits package: Health, Dental, Vision, AD&D, 401(k), etc.</li>\n <li>Paid holidays (8); paid vacation and personal days</li>\n</ul>\n<p></p>",
