    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p class=\"FirstParagraph\"><i><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Building the Future of Safe Transmission Work</strong></span></i></p><p><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Job Description:</strong></span></p><p><span lang=\"EN\">We are looking for a motivated Transmission Training nstructor to train and development skills to ensure our transmission crews work safely.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN\">This role is perfect for an experienced field professional who enjoys mentoring others, improving performance, and driving a strong safety culture. You'll split your time between structured training at our Monroe, GA facility (75%) and hands-on coaching in the field (25%). You will report to the Transmission Training Manager within the Safety Department.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Essential Functions:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Deliver hands-on training focused on safe work practices, quality standards, and efficient work methods</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Work directly with crews to coach, mentor, and develop skills in real time</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Support onboarding and development of new team members</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Identify training gaps and implement targeted development plans</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Reinforce safety compliance and best practices across all job sites</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Evaluate employee performance and provide clear, actionable feedback</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Conduct EHS audits and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Lead and support transmission construction training, including:</span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Conductor installation and pulling</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Structure setting and removal</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Rigging and productivity optimization with safety focus</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Bare hand work – 44KV and 500KV</span></p></li></ul></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Apply industry expertise to maintain equipotential zones and safe work conditions</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Partner with leadership to address performance opportunities and improve outcomes</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Serve as a key connection between field operations and safety teams</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Willing to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends, holidays, and emergency callouts.</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Work outdoors in varying environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, wind, and inclement weather</span></p></li></ul><p class=\"FirstParagraph\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"FirstParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Minimum Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">10 years of experience in transmission construction</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Strong understanding of OSHA standards and utility safety practices</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Experience coaching, mentoring, or training field employees</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Ability to assess performance and implement practical solutions</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Valid Class A CDL</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence teams</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Comfortable using computers for reporting, documentation, and training materials</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish)</span></p></li></ul><p class=\"FirstParagraph\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"FirstParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Preferred:</strong></span></p><ul style=\"padding-left: 48px;\"><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">OSHA Outreach Trainer certification</span></p></li><li><p class=\"Compact\"><span lang=\"EN\">CSP, CHST, CUSP, CET, or similar safety credentials</span></p></li></ul><p class=\"FirstParagraph\">&nbsp;</p><p class=\"FirstParagraph\"><span lang=\"EN\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></span></p><p><span lang=\"EN\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job.</span></p><p><span lang=\"EN\">While performing the responsibilities of this job, you will be required to talk, listen and use hand signals to communicate.
