    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Job Status/Type:</strong> Part-time, year-round</p>\n<p><strong>Salary: </strong>$18.50/Hourly</p>\n<p><strong>Position Level: </strong>Entry to<strong> </strong>Mid-Level</p>\n<p><strong>Shift/Schedule Requirements: </strong>Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Assist with various functions of the restaurant, seat guests, take food to the table, bus tables, and assist with dish washing as needed.</li>\n <li>Maintain an outgoing, friendly disposition while interacting with our guests.</li>\n <li>Provide guest service according to Cedar Point standards</li>\n <li>Duties and responsibilities of setting up and tearing down banquet functions.</li>\n <li>Follow diagram of room set with tables, chairs, podiums, bars, and buffets.  Set room to those diagrams.</li>\n <li>Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, during and after events, including sweeping rooms..</li>\n <li>Clear rooms, and or clean out rooms after banquet events, including taking out trash.</li>\n <li>Act as bar back for banquet events, stocking and running product for bars. </li>\n <li>Understand and follow standard operation procedures.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><strong>**EMPLOYEES HIRED INTO THE ABOVE POSITIONS WILL BE SOLICITED FOR MEMBERSHIP BY THE MIDWEST REGIONAL JOINT BOARD UNION REPRESENTING SAWMILL CREEK**</strong></em></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Make our guests happy by delivering amazing experiences and helping them create lifelong memories.</li>\n <li>Interact with different people of all ages and backgrounds.</li>\n <li>Gain skills, knowledge and experience that will benefit your future.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>People who love helping others and will support the needs of our guests and associates. </li>\n <li>Good judgement and a commitment to safety. </li>\n <li>Ability to work and interact with people from diverse backgrounds. </li>\n <li>Individuals with a passion and excitement about Cedar Point and Sawmill Creek. </li>\n <li>Availability to include some weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays.</li>\n</ul>",
