Write and administer Performance Reviews. Complete yearly Goal Setting for his/her team. Manage Project Management team process and Procedure adherence to Wynright standards. Manages material handling automation projects involving a wide variety of equipment, machines, software, controls, and technologies. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>**PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SOFTWARE ROLE**</strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plans, executes, and completes material handling equipment projects involving structures, conveyors, machinery, controls, and software </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages project financials and project resources, often in multiple locations </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Manages relationships and contracts with multiple partners and vendors </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Creates and maintains a documented project plan and schedule; keeps complete records of every project including a change log, action items, issues and risk monitoring log </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Follows Wynright standards for documentation and software development </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provides verbal and written updates to projects, including in-scope deliverables, project issues, and risks </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Travels up to 50% </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Operations Management or equivalent experience</li>\n <li>Minimum of 7 years of project management experience</li>\n <li>Project Management Professional certification (preferred)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of materials handling, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment or distribution center operations, and supply chain logistics</li>\n <li>Knowledge of automation projects involving machines, robotics, controls, and software</li>\n <li>Knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)</li>\n <li>Knowledge of business accounting and contracts</li>\n <li>Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project skills</li>\n <li>Ability to handle multiple project assignments and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced results-oriented environment</li>\n <li>Leadership skills</li>\n <li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills</li>\n <li>Strong organization and collaborative skills</li>\n <li>Ability to work weekends and evenings as required, particularly during project go-live events</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>EOE Minorities/Women/Disabled/Veterans</p>\n<p>Federal Contractor</p>\n<p>If you need assistance applying to an open position online, please email [email protected].</p>\n<h2>Job Posting Min Salary</h2>\n<h2>Job Posting Max Salary</h2>",
