font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Informs customers of companion part requirements and specials and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Assist customers to accessorize their vehicles;&nbsp;makes recommendations for accessorizing dealership showroom vehicles.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Answers phone calls, providing price quotes and other information.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Reviews estimates to be sure the parts that are ordered are correct and all pricing is in line with the estimate.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Notifies the Service Advisor and the customer when special ordered parts have been received.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Notifies the shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Pulls orders for delivery to shop, making sure all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Follows up on back-ordered parts.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block; font-size:14px\"><span style=\"font-family:Georgia,serif\">Verifies will-call and back-order files weekly and returns to vendors, or stocks those items not picked up or required.</span></span></li>\n\t<li><span style=\"display:block;
