          "text": "<p>Eurofins Lancaster Laboratories, a nationally recognized laboratory, is searching for a Quote and Proposal Writer to support our Environmental Business Development group in Lancaster, PA.</p><p><strong><u>Quote and Proposal Writer responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following</u>&#xa0;:</strong></p><ul><li>Creating formal written quotes and proposals based on client specifications and knowledge of laboratory services.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensuring&#xa0;that the lab has the appropriate certifications and can meet any technical specifications.</li><li>Collaborating efforts and activities with those of outside sales account managers and technical staff, as needed</li><li>Transition project wins from Business Development to Project Management</li><li>Additional job duties as assigned&#xa0;</li></ul><p>Position is M-F 8am-5pm, OR 9am-6pm, EST.</p>",

          "text": "<p><strong><u>Basic Minimum Qualifications</u>&#xa0;:</strong></p><ul><li>High School Diploma</li><li>At least one year of&#xa0;related experience</li><li>Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English.</li><li>Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship</li></ul><p><strong><u>The ideal candidate would possess</u>:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Marketing/Sales<strong>&#xa0;</strong>with laboratory services background or other related degree concentration, or&#xa0;equivalent directly-related experience (two years of directly related industry experience is equivalent to one full-time year of college in related major)</li><li>3+ years of related experience, preferably in Environmental lab testing&#xa0;</li><li>Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude</li><li>Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies</li><li>Knowledge of general environmental testing methods and the Department of Defense Quality Systems Manual (DoD QSM).</li></ul>",
