The Swim Instructor will report to the Head Swim Instructor and will be responsible for providing all Members and guests with a safe, welcoming and educational lesson environment. This will be accomplished through conducting swim lessons in accordance with all safety and Club standards, conducting skills evaluations, and assuring all safety and Club policies are taught and enforced at the pool area.</span></p><p style=\"color: rgb(0, 0, 0);
