This position plays a vital role in supporting individuals in recovery by providing professional, client-centered care in a structured treatment environment.</p>\n<p>As a Residential Support Specialist, you will actively engage with clients, support daily routines, model recovery-focused behaviors, and contribute to creating a safe, therapeutic, and respectful atmosphere. This role requires professionalism, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Schedule Requirements</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Arbor Place has a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">24/7 residential treatment facility</span>.</li>\n<li>Staff must be available to work <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">every other weekend</span>.</li>\n<li>Position requires a <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">mix of 1st and 2nd shifts</span>, with <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">occasional overnight shifts</span>.</li>\n<li>All new hires will be <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">trained on all shifts</span> to ensure flexibility and program coverage.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Starting Wage:</span> $16.50 – $19.50/hour (based on training, education, and certifications)</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Overnight Shifts:</span> Flat rate of <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">$23.25/hour</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Supervise and interact with clients in a respectful, professional manner.</li>\n<li>Support clients in daily living skills, structured activities, and program rules.</li>\n<li>Monitor client behavior, provide redirection, and model recovery-focused conduct.</li>\n<li>Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.</li>\n<li>Administer and document medications following training and policy.</li>\n<li>Conduct urine analyses and other program monitoring tasks.</li>\n<li>Participate in crisis intervention and de-escalation as needed.</li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe living environment.</li>\n<li>Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.</li>\n<li>Attend and actively participate in staff meetings and trainings.</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent.</li>\n<li>Ability to pass Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check and pre-employment drug screen.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.</li>\n<li>CBRF certifications or willingness to obtain within required timeframe.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Recovery Coach or Peer Support Specialist Certification.</li>\n<li>Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.</li>\n<li>Experience in behavioral health, residential care, or substance use treatment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18px\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">About Arbor Place, Inc.</span></span></p>\n<p>Arbor Place, Inc. is a nonprofit organization in Menomonie, WI, providing prevention, treatment, and renewal opportunities to individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use and mental health disorders.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Join us in making a difference.
