      "text": "Requirements: ",
      "content": "\n<li>2+ years of experience as a Low Voltage Cable Technician working in industrial/commercial space (1 million - 5 million Sq/Ft).</li>\n<li>5+ years of experience as a Lead/Foreman working in Industrial/manufacturing environments.</li>\n<li>Data Cable Technician with CAT6 cabling, fiber optic, 24v, and 70v paging systems experience.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge and experience with CCTV, Fire, Security Systems, and Alarm Systems is a plus.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience installing Audio/Visual, Point-of-Sale systems, TV/monitor, or media players is a plus. </li>\n<li>Industry-specific certifications are a huge plus (BICSI, NEC, TIA/EIA). Please list certifications if any.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Flexible and willing to work on-call, day, night, or weekend shifts as the jobs require.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience reading blueprints and site maps. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Experience in conduit installation is a plus. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in multiple termination types for multi-mode and single-mode fibers.</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in closeouts and MDFs/IDF/MCIC.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to work in cramped spaces. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to operate a BOOM or scissor lift and work at heights of 65 plus feet.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Able to identify independent colors and have knowledge of industry color codes.</li>\n<li>Must have basic telecommunication tools, PPE, and reliable transportation. &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Knowledge of cabling infrastructure. &nbsp;Will consider OSP knowledge (CO to Demarc).</li>\n<li>Proficient with the use of smartphones, computers, including email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office programs.</li>\n<li>Excellent customer relationship and communication skills; verbal and written.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Ability to employ soft skills; ex: teamwork, problem-solving, communication, adaptability, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working unsupervised</li>\n<li>Ability to effectively interact with high-level personnel: GC’s, IT Professionals, and other Stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; no DUI or DWI in the last three years.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Current OSHA 10/30 Certification or is able to acquire it within 60 days of employment.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of working in Industrial environments; Union/ Non-Union; Higher Safety Vigilance</li>\n<li>Industry-specific certifications are readily considered (ICT, CCTT, CNCI, DCI, FOI, FOT, TECH).</li>\n<li>&nbsp;Will consider work done in Basic Telephony and wire-work training.</li>\n<li>Experience in Fiber Optic terminations: Unicam (or similar), Single strand and Ribbon fusion splicing.</li>\n<li>Knowledgeable in Redlines and As-Builts.</li>\n"

      "content": "<div><strong>&nbsp;</strong></div>\n\n<li>Installation, troubleshooting, and&nbsp;maintenance of various cabling infrastructures.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Install, terminate, and test Cat6, Fiber Optic Cables, (SM &amp; MM) as designed and per the scope of work.</li>\n<li>Installing, Aiming, and Focusing IP Cameras.</li>\n<li>Run low voltage cabling in commercial buildings up to 2,000,000 sq ft, including drilling concrete walls and limited conduit work.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Dress cable pathways and MDFs.</li>\n<li>Ensure all cables are neatly tied and bundled according to safety regulations.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Install cable support structures such as j-hooks, cable racks, and inner-duct.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Erect support structures and install Network Devices (AP’s, Cameras) per scope of work.</li>\n<li>Repair cable poles and towers.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Conduct tests to ensure all newly installed cable systems and component devices are operational.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot issues with cable networks to ensure the proper functioning and to ensure the system meets local, county, state, or federal codes; legal and/or insurance requirements.&nbsp; &nbsp;</li>\n<li>Adhere to all required project safety requirements as set forth by Wachter, our customers, or OSHA.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Provide regular updates to Project Management on project status and current objectives.&nbsp;</li>\n<li>Lead crews of 6-15 technicians by providing daily instruction and training, as needed.</li>\n"
