This entry-level position involves working with copper lines, fiber optic lines, and radio systems to ensure robust telecommunications services. This role regularly interfaces with both residential customers and business clients, necessitating strong technical skills, effective troubleshooting abilities, basic computer knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
