As a housekeeping professional, your mission is to use your keen eye for detail and strong work ethic to maintain cleanliness to the highest standard.  </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean, tidy and organize outdoor living spaces (e.g., decks, balconies, entry ways, etc.)</li>\n <li>Clean, tidy and organize indoor living spaces (e.g., kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, corridors, entertainment spaces, etc.)</li>\n <li>Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors</li>\n <li>Vacuum carpets, rugs, and draperies</li>\n <li>Clean, Dust and polish (when applicable) furniture, woodwork & appliances</li>\n <li>Keeps walls, windows, door panels, windowsills & ceilings clean</li>\n <li>Empty and clean trash containers</li>\n <li>Clean wash basins, mirrors, tubs, and showers</li>\n <li>Wipe down glass surfaces</li>\n <li>Wipe down refrigerators, wine fridge, mini fridges, ice makers, etc.</li>\n <li>Make up beds and change linens</li>\n <li>Laundry for clothing and linens (sort, wash, fold, etc.)</li>\n <li>Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary working condition</li>\n <li>Monitor and report necessary domestic repairs and replacements to estate manager</li>\n <li>Replenish supplies as needed (bathroom toiletries, kitchen items, cleaning supplies, etc.)</li>\n <li>Inventories supplies & equipment</li>\n <li>Must be able to lift & carry up to 20lbs as well as push/pull up to 15lbs.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Any combination of education, training, and experience providing the following knowledge, skills, and abilities: </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Knowledge</strong></p>\n<p>Professional cleaning experience is a plus (hotel, private residence, commercial or industrial).</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Abilities</strong></p>\n<p>Must have a strong work history. Flexible schedule with the ability to work nights and weekends required.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Experience, Education, and Training</strong> </p>\n<p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Requirements</strong> </p>\n<p>This position requires constant standing, reaching forward and grasping; frequent walking, head turning, bending, handling, reaching and hand control. Candidate will need to lift and carry 20lbs, and be able to push and pull 15lbs.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Working Environment</strong></p>\n<p>Both indoor and outdoor working environment with exposure to varying weather conditions and chemical odors.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Licensing/Certification</strong></p>\n<p>Must have and reliable transportation to and from work.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Miscellaneous Requirements</strong></p>\n<p>Candidate must be able to pass a job specific post-offer physical prior to beginning employment with Prime, Inc.</p>",
