    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>Spectrum Healthcare Resources has a POTENTIAL opportunity for a <strong>Pharmacy Technician</strong> at Hickam Air Force Base in Hickam, Hawaii.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong> This position offers:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Full-time opportunity (8 and 12 hour shifts available)</li>\n <li>Consistent and predictable income</li>\n <li>Paid vacation and paid sick leave</li>\n <li>Outpatient environment</li>\n <li>Full complement of benefits to include Medical, Dental and Vision insurance</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum of one year experience as a Pharmacy Technician</li>\n <li>High School Diploma or GED</li>\n <li>Active BLS</li>\n <li>U.S Citizen</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Performs all duties related to preparation and dispensing of medication orders.</li>\n <li>Provides direct care to patients within discipline Scope of Practice and performs functions in accordance with current accepted practice, licensure, certification, credentialing and or granted privileges.</li>\n <li>Provides treatment of persons throughout the life span as appropriate to discipline and facility setting.</li>\n <li>May be expected to respond to and or coordinate response to medical emergencies.</li>\n <li>Reads individual prescriptions and determines the name of the drug, strength, and dosage of drugs to be dispensed.
