This role is focused on two core responsibilities: <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">shipping orders and listing items on eBay</span>.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a hands-on, production-style role. You will spend most of your time either preparing sold items for shipment or creating accurate, high-quality listings for items we are selling.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Experience is not required. We care far more about reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Shipping Orders</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pack and ship customer orders accurately</li>\n<li>Pull items from around the warehouse</li>\n<li>Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages</li>\n<li>Keep packing materials and work areas organized</li>\n<li>Handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail</li>\n<li>Work efficiently during higher order volume days</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\">Listing Items on eBay</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Photograph items for listings</li>\n<li>Write clear, accurate descriptions</li>\n<li>Create listings in eBay with correct titles, pricing, and details</li>\n<li>Organize inventory as items are listed</li>\n<li>Maintain consistency and accuracy across listings</li>\n<li>Learn and follow simple listing processes and standards</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">What We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reliable and dependable</li>\n<li>Detail-oriented and accurate</li>\n<li>Able to work independently without constant supervision</li>\n<li>Comfortable with light warehouse work (walking, lifting boxes, organizing items)</li>\n<li>Able to stay focused during repetitive tasks</li>\n<li>Basic comfort using a computer (typing, uploading photos, following steps)</li>\n<li>Willing to learn and improve over time</li>\n<li>Shows up consistently and communicates clearly</li>\n</ul>\n<p>No prior e-commerce or warehouse experience is required.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Schedule</span></p>\n<p>This is a full-time position (35–40 hours per week), typically during normal business hours.</p>\n<p>We value consistency and reliability in your schedule.
