In this role, you&rsquo;ll be working in our distribution center and inventory control yard, organizing plant orders and handling materials with various equipment. properties are safe and clear.</li><li>Be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values efficiency and quality.</li></ul><h3><strong>What You&rsquo;ll Do:</strong></h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Load plant material for customers, ensuring everything is accurate and complete.</li><li>Unload shipments and pull plants for orders, helping maintain the flow of inventory.</li><li>Operate equipment including forklifts, trucks, tractors, bobcats, and skid steer loaders.</li><li>Assist with plant care tasks, including watering, pruning, and basic maintenance.</li><li>Ensure your work area is clean, organized, and ready to serve customers efficiently.</li><li>Communicate any plant care issues with the Plant Care Specialist or Supervisor.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines and work efficiently with your team.</li><li>Assist with snow removal during winter months to keep our clients&rsquo; properties safe and clear.</li></ul><h3><strong>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</strong></h3><ul type=\"disc\"><li>A valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Previous equipment operating experience (or willingness to learn).</li><li>Experience in plant care or horticulture is a plus!</li><li>Ability to lift <strong>50+ pounds</strong> regularly and work in outdoor conditions year-round.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively, with bilingual English/Spanish skills being a plus.</li><li>A strong work ethic and a commitment to working safely.</li></ul><h3><strong>Work Schedule &amp;
