    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>DecisionPoint seeks a <strong>DevSecOps Engineer (Data & Integration)</strong> to support automation, security, and monitoring of data integration and analytics platforms within a secure, cloud-hosted Department of Defense (DoD) enterprise environment. The engineer will design, implement, and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong>, containerized workloads, and infrastructure automation supporting critical data ingestion, transformation, and exchange services. </p>\n<p>This position ensures seamless deployment, secure data flow, and operational stability across AWS GovCloud IL4/IL5 environments, applying Zero Trust principles and continuous compliance monitoring throughout the software delivery lifecycle. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>This position is fully remote. </em></p>\n<h2>Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>The <strong>DevSecOps Engineer (Data & Integration)</strong> will: </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Design, implement, and maintain <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> to automate build, test, and deployment processes for data integration and analytics components. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support secure and efficient <strong>data pipeline deployment</strong> across AWS GovCloud and DoD environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement <strong>Infrastructure as Code (IaC)</strong> using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible to manage and provision infrastructure at scale. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Build, configure, and maintain <strong>containerized applications</strong> using Docker and Kubernetes for data ingestion, transformation, and API services. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Integrate <strong>security scanning and compliance validation</strong> into CI/CD pipelines using tools such as SonarQube, Twistlock, or Anchore. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Implement and manage <strong>monitoring and alerting</strong> systems (CloudWatch, ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure system health and performance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with developers, data engineers, and security teams to ensure DevSecOps best practices are applied across integration workflows. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Support <strong>continuous integration testing</strong> for data migration, transformation, and interoperability validation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain <strong>configuration baselines and deployment artifacts</strong> in compliance with DoD RMF and STIG standards. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Automate backup, recovery, and failover procedures to ensure mission resilience and data availability. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide Tier 3 technical support for deployment troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and remediation. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and maintain technical documentation for CI/CD pipelines, IaC templates, and operational runbooks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Contribute to <strong>Continuous Service Improvement (CSI)</strong> activities and DevSecOps maturity assessments. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Clearance Requirement:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must hold an active <strong>Secret clearance.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Education:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum <strong>5 years of experience</strong> supporting DevSecOps, cloud infrastructure, or data integration environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience building and managing <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> and infrastructure in <strong>federal or defense cloud environments.</strong> </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated success deploying and maintaining secure, containerized applications and data services. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Technical Knowledge:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Proficiency with <strong>AWS GovCloud</strong>, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless technologies. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>CI/CD tools</strong> such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or AWS CodePipeline. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>Terraform, CloudFormation</strong>, or other IaC automation frameworks. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience with <strong>log management and monitoring</strong> using CloudWatch, ELK Stack, or Prometheus. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of <strong>DevSecOps principles</strong>, Zero Trust architecture, and RMF/STIG security compliance. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Familiarity with <strong>data engineering workflows</strong>, including ETL, API integration, and data synchronization. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Knowledge of <strong>networking, security groups, IAM roles, and encryption mechanisms</strong> within DoD or FedRAMP cloud environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Certifications (Preferred):</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional or Associate. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>CompTIA Security+ CE or equivalent DoD 8570 certification. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) or Docker Certified Associate (DCA). </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Skills:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills for complex cloud and integration environments. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Excellent communication and teamwork across cross-functional Agile teams. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to design, implement, and optimize secure automation processes. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Commitment to continuous improvement, security enforcement, and mission
