    "description": "<p>OBJECTIVE<br>Reporting to the Production Manager, Raw Product, the Grader is responsible for ensuring <br>quality product is being packaged as per designated quality specifications. <br>QUALIFICATIONS:<br>Education:<br>• High School diploma or Equivalent <br>Experience &amp; Skills: <br>• 1-2 years of grading experience within the produce industry<br>• Experience working within established quality specifications a strong asset<br>• Attention to detail and ability to work within a fast-paced environment <br>• Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination <br>• Ability to stand for long periods of time is required <br>• A high degree of flexibility and willingness to work overtime as required, including <br>evenings and weekends<br>PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES<br>1. Remove deficient product (potatoes) as per established quality specifications from the <br>grading lines.<br>2. Report deficiencies to Production Manager, Raw Product or Food Safety &amp; Quality <br>Technician.<br>3. Adhere to all food safety and health &amp; safety regulations/policies while following <br>EarthFresh GMPs.<br>4. Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager, Raw Product</p>",
