    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p>Consider joining the Pennex family as a Die Setter in our Wellsville, PA location. The Die Setter is an entry level position that prepares and sets up tooling from the extrusion schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.  The Die Setter is responsible for tooling going through the caustic room. Die Setters may need to adapt to changing press schedules. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Must be able to work either shift:</p>\n<p>7pm to 7am with rotating days and weekends.  </p>\n<p>7am to 7pm with rotating days and weekends.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures enough dies are in the die ovens at each press based upon the production schedule.</li>\n <li>Transfers dies to and from inventory system.</li>\n <li>Recycles failed dies quickly.</li>\n <li>Places dies in caustic solution to clean them of aluminum residue.</li>\n <li>Assists with die flow movement for staging and preparation.</li>\n <li>Utilizes a crane system for loading and unloading of caustic tanks.</li>\n <li>Operates a caustic system when needed.</li>\n <li>Disassembles dies and rinse.</li>\n <li>Operates automatic media blasting machine.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Ideal Candidate Will Have:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Education </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li>\n <li>Additional technical or vocational training in machining, machine operation, or related fields is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment is preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Other Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to read and interpret simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. </li>\n <li>Ability to write simple correspondence</li>\n <li>Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
