They ensure the team meets assigned goals and objectives while working with various production machinery and equipment. The role involves executing production schedules, scheduling employees, ensuring materials availability, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating on-the-job training.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>1st shift:  Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Cell Lead position is Eligible for a $3/hour cell lead premium. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Cell Lead Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordinate employees, equipment, and materials/supplies to have continuous and efficient production </li>\n <li>Ensure orders are completed on time and meet the quality standards</li>\n <li>Train and develop personnel</li>\n <li>Ensure employee compliance with schedules, policy, and procedures </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Cell Lead Position Requirements </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, equipment, and processes</li>\n <li>Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements</li>\n <li>Ability to manage relationships and team facilitation</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cell Lead Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervisory experience</li>\n <li>Medical manufacturing experience</li>\n <li>Familiar with ISO and FDA requirements</li>\n <li>Certifications in a related field</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>rms Company Benefits</strong></p>\n<p>As a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
