          "text": "<p>Ideal candidates must be able and flexible to work one of the assigned shifts.</p><p><strong>The shift schedules are as follows: </strong></p><ul><li>2nd shift (2 pm-10 pm)&#xa0;</li><li>3rd shift (10 pm-6 am)&#xa0;</li></ul><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Hourly Rate</strong></p><p><strong>The starting wage for Finishing &amp; Coating Operators is $22.47/hr + $2/hr. shift differential for 2nd and 3rd Shift.</strong></p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>The Production Operator is responsible for leading machine set-ups and changeovers, problem-solving, making decisions on machine adjustments, and inspecting and packaging finished products to customer specifications. In addition, the production operator will be responsible for operating various coating, finishing, and/or powered industrial vehicles to move inbound and outbound products.</p><p>&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities</strong></p><p>Essential functions may include, but are not limited to:&#xa0;</p><ul><li>Perform routine set-up and changeover of machines, making adjustments as needed to process operations accordingly.</li><li>Run orders per product specifications and standard practices. This may include sorting, labeling, and packaging products per customer specifications, quality requirements, and standard practices</li><li>Perform tests and check products routinely for multiple characteristics using standard measuring tools, tape measures, etc.&#xa0;</li><li>Understand and implement quality standards and procedures</li><li>Meet production schedules and program production sequences for optimal productivity.&#xa0;</li><li>Follow standard operating procedures and specifications or instructions of higher-level technical personnel and monitor meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.</li><li>Maintain production records and logs of equipment and product performance.</li><li>Maintain the work area with necessary supplies to complete processes</li><li>Operate heavy equipment to move, load, and ship material and/or finished products throughout the manufacturing environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Support inventory accuracy by completing cycle counts and correcting discrepancies to achieve business goals.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist and support other team members in meeting department and site goals. Participate and share in performing all tasks necessary to run the facility.&#xa0;&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute and participate in team decision-making processes including problem solving and continuous improvement efforts.
