You can be part of this team working in a fast paced, multi-channel contact centre and make a difference every day.</p><p><b>Role Description for Customer Service Representative</b></p><p>As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients and creditors via phone calls, chats, emails and portal communication assisting them with their questions and providing solutions to any problems they may encounter.</p><p><b>What to Expect:</b></p><ul><li>Processing caller requests.</li><li>Helping callers understand account information.</li><li>Providing issue resolution.</li><li>Send educational material that are responsive to our callers' needs.</li><li>Resolves all follow-up items, including issues related to delinquencies, payoffs and refunds.</li><li>Resolve creditor &amp; or caller inquiries by making outbound calls.</li><li>Any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor.</li><li>Handle Customer Service issues for clients.</li><li>Paid Training</li></ul><p><b>Minimum Requirements for Customer Service Representative</b></p><ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent</li><li>Strong people skills and be able to communicate&#160;</li><li>Knowledge and use of PC Systems and MS Office applications is a must</li><li>Ability to work independently</li><li>Self-motivated, willingness to constantly improve</li><li>Attention to detail and be able to multi-task and prioritize work on a daily basis</li><li>This position is in office</li><li>Proficient in both English and French</li></ul><p>By submitting your interest in this position, you provide your written express consent and agree that VentureTech Solutions may contact you regarding employment opportunities using autodialing, text and pre-recorded messaging for convenience via telephone, mobile device (including SMS and MMS - charges may apply depending on your carrier, not by us, messaging frequency varies; text STOP to cancel), even if your telephone number is currently listed on any internal, corporate, state or federal Do-Not-Call list.
