This involves maintaining adherence to appropriate admitting criteria through pre-admission evaluations. The role entails processing essential client information, determining eligibility based on BriteLife Recovery's standards, and coordinating with relevant personnel for transportation, arrangements, and pre-intake requirements. Current position is remote, with ability to travel to on-site visits if needed.<br></p><p><strong><u>Primary Tasks:</u></strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>Handle incoming calls from prospective clients or their families seeking treatment.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and facilitate the Admission Evaluation process.</p></li><li><p>Provide Utilization Review with all required documentation for admission support.</p></li><li><p>Complete patient charts/EMR with pertinent information.</p></li><li><p>Perform essential data entry and computer-based tasks.</p></li><li><p>Input relevant patient data into databases.</p></li><li><p>Offer administrative support as necessary.</p></li><li><p>Coordinate Evaluation and Admission in collaboration with facility staff, Admission Nurses, and Medical Staff.</p></li><li><p>Ability to excel in attention to all active leads.</p></li><li><p>Management of daily activity, tasks and needs of salesforce</p></li><li><p>Ability to cover on-call shifts when needed.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of bed structure and flow of step down process with the ability to optimize bed capacity</p></li><li><p>Special Projects as needed.</p></li><li><p>Positively promotes current organization to prospective clients and employees.</p><p><br></p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>Job Type: Full-Time</p></li><li><p>High school diploma or equivalent.</p></li><li><p>Minimum of two years of experience in the Substance Use field (required).</p></li><li><p>Preferred understanding of substance use and the recovery process.</p></li><li><p>Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM.</p></li><li><p>Preferred previous call center/sales experience.<br></p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>Excellent customer service skills, interacting professionally with staff and clients.</p></li><li><p>Ability to assess, plan, and deliver services to individuals in need of substance use treatment.</p></li><li><p>Capability to establish rapport, gather data, determine readiness for treatment, apply accepted diagnostic criteria for substance use disorders, and screen for related issues.</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data for treatment recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Capacity to formulate agreed-upon, measurable treatment goals.</p></li><li><p>Adherence to ethical and behavioral standards.</p></li><li><p>Participation in continuing Professional Development.</p></li><li><p>Understanding of toxicology testing procedures.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of strategies for treating alcohol, cocaine, and other drug use.</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with medication-assisted therapy.</p></li><li><p>Skilled in meeting client needs in line with state-mandated ratios.</p></li><li><p>Ability to provide education to individuals and groups about substance use.</p></li><li><p>Capability to identify client needs that require external support.</p></li><li><p>Knowledge of client record management principles.</p></li><li><p>Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds and navigate stairs, if needed</p></li><li><p>Performs other assigned duties.</p><p></p></li></ul><p><strong><u>Working Schedule:</u></strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p>This position will require evening hours and on the weekends</p></li><li><p><strong>General Schedule: Four (4) 10-hour shifts</strong></p><ul class=\"editor-ul tight\" data-tight=\"true\"><li><p><strong>Saturday Sunday 1PM-11PM;
