That’s why we hire driven professionals who take ownership, build strong relationships, and deliver results for our customers.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Job Summary</span></p>\n<p>The Project Manager is responsible for the management of Summit building systems projects. This position is responsible for communicating with the customer, estimating team, sub-contractors, operations, and project superintendent. Ensuring all material arrivals, crew scheduling and time frames are met on the job. Tracking the time frames of customer sign offs, orders and procuring the job with team members. Reporting on the production and time frames on the job, keeping internal teams and external sub-contractors in the know of the job specifics and timeframes. Tracking change orders and delivering on desired change order requests. Tracking job cost on estimated vs budgeted per PC requested time frames.  </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Duties / Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Generate new leads through networking, prospecting, cold calling, and industry events</li>\n<li>Proactively follow up on inbound and outbound leads</li>\n<li>Conduct site visits and client consultations to assess needs and recommend solutions</li>\n<li>Present grain system solutions clearly, emphasizing value and ROI</li>\n<li>Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver timely, accurate estimates and proposals</li>\n<li>Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining profitability</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate reporting and sales tracking through CRM tools</li>\n<li>Follow up on all quotes and scope development opportunities</li>\n<li>Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure smooth project handoff</li>\n<li>Maintain ongoing client relationships to generate repeat and referral business</li>\n<li>Stay current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Required Skills / Abilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Interact with customers to verify their project needs.</li>\n<li>Procuring materials needed on the job.</li>\n<li>Communicate timeframes and update process of specific job.</li>\n<li>Coordinate sub crews.</li>\n<li>Finalize project details and ensure profitable job completion.</li>\n<li>Job creation and expansion of the Summit brand in areas of responsibility.</li>\n<li>Promote and uphold a strong safety culture by ensuring all job sites operate in compliance with company safety policies.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate and timely project updates, safety notes, and status tracking in ClickUp to ensure clear communication, accountability, and visibility across teams.</li>\n<li>This is a safety-sensitive position and may be subject to applicable safety regulations and requirements.</li>\n<li>Must have the ability to travel and drive long distances as needed.</li>\n<li>This role includes a balance of computer-based work and may include physical work on job sites, as needed.</li>\n<li>Occasional overnight travel may be required based on project location and scheduling needs.</li>\n<li>All other duties as assigned.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Education / Experience</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in construction management or 2+ years of building knowledge</li>\n<li>Proven experience and knowledge in client relations, drafting, and written communication.</li>\n<li>Proven experience in problem-solving, and critical thinking.</li>\n<li>Must possess a valid driver’s license; Class A CDL preferred.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to travel to job sites and client meetings</li>\n<li>Ability to work outdoors during site visits</li>\n<li>Ability to operate in varying weather conditions</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Our Benefits Package Includes</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Health, Dental, Vision, &amp; Life Insurance Coverage</li>\n<li>PTO and Holiday Pay</li>\n<li>401(k) with Company Match</li>\n<li>Company Clothing Allowance</li>\n<li>Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance</li>\n<li>Company Vehicle</li>\n<li>Cell Phone Stipend</li>\n<li>Travel Per Diem</li>\n<li>Uncapped Tiered Commission Incentive Policy</li>\n<li>Monday–Friday Work Schedule</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">A company culture that is truly next to none!</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Our Core Values</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">We’ve Got Each Other’s Backs</span></p>\n<p>First and foremost, we are a team.
