The role serves as the primary IT point of contact for business stakeholders and ensures alignment of application services with global IT strategy, business requirements, and operational standards. This position oversees the stable operation and lifecycle management of assigned applications and supports continuous improvement initiatives to enhance business processes, service quality, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Serve as the primary IT point of contact for Logistics and Cross-Functional business stakeholders, providing business consulting and IT demand management support to enable effective digital solutions and process improvements. Ensure stable day-to-day operation of production-critical systems and other assigned business applications, including oversight of second-level application support, incident management, and problem management activities. Manage and coordinate application changes, system updates, releases, and enhancements in collaboration with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers. Lead, manage, develop, and engage assigned employees in alignment with organizational values, performance objectives, and business priorities. Monitor and facilitate operational IT services in accordance with agreed service levels, operational standards, and business expectations. Promote effective collaboration and seamless processes across internal IT teams to support reliable service delivery and timely issue resolution. Support operational budget planning, IT controlling activities, and achievement of department cost targets within the assigned area of responsibility. Coordinate with suppliers and internal shared services to monitor service performance, identify cost-efficiency opportunities, and support effective contract and service level agreement management.
