Value circa £3 million.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Acting for purchaser of commercial plot and build contact. Built value £8.5 million.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Acting for Developer in connection with purchasing site for development (60 units)</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Acting for landowner in connection with Option with large developer. Value minimum £3.5 million. About to vary the current option agreement and enter into new one with neighbour relating to access etc.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Acting for landlords in connection with Promotion Agreement. Client is largest landowner in the Consortium who entered into Option with Promoter. Promoter and Developer who purchase circa 100 units every year. </li><li style=\"font-size:14px;font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Current matters on involving site advice, promotion
