Other duties may be assigned.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Examine material or product for weld defects such as cracks, pits, and incomplete welds.</li><li>Compare product with parts list or sample model to ensure completion of assembly. Ability to read and understanding product blueprints.&nbsp;</li><li>Verify specified dimensions of product or material.(Understanding Gages)</li><li>Reject defective parts, and marks type of defect on part, container of parts, or inspection tag.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist with monitoring quality of product/processes, quality audits, document control/updating, analyzing/tracking defects, maintaining quality system, writing work instructions and other items as needed.</li></ul><ul type=\"disc\"><li>Supports and promotes ENA core values, Environmental, Health and Safety Policy and Quality Policy.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Assist other Quality Staff</li><li>Perform weld certifications</li><li>Check shipping racks for damaged and if damaged label and prepare for sending back to customer for repairs</li><li>Perform weld etches according to company weld standards</li><li>Use of PowerPoint and Excel</li><li>Understand basic weld principles</li><li>Communicate with programmers and production any welding problems</li><li>Work with chemicals</li><li>Verify welding of all set-up parts and program changes as well as verify weld characteristics such as weld lengths</li><li>Use of Pax-It software and database to maintain accurate records of weld inspections</li><li>Use SAP to look up customer call-offs</li><li>Prepare Shipping Documents</li><li>Pack for shipping</li><li>Read drawings to verify parts are prepared correct</li><li>Pack and band shipping containers</li><li>Prepare all parts for packing(labeling and foam covers)</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Supervisory Responsibilities&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>This job has no supervisory responsibilities.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Competencies&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>Must be able to use callipers, plasma cutter, belt sanders, and other manufacturing equipment.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Education and/or Experience&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</p><p>High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or preferred minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.</p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Computer Skills&nbsp;</strong>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;</p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div></div></div>\n",
