Our company&rsquo;s success is driven by our dynamic, highly skilled, and innovative management team, supported by dedicated employees who live in coastal communities and contribute to the local area&rsquo;s economy and sense of community.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>The Ideal Candidate:</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> As a result of our robust growth, we are looking for a Marketing Specialist with a passion for marketing to join our marketing team in our Saint John, NB office.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Success in this role will require energy, enthusiasm, a positive and entrepreneurial attitude as well as advanced skills in communication, time management and collaboration at all levels of the organization.&nbsp;</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Support the execution of global brand initiatives, ensuring consistent application of brand identity, voice, and messaging across all materials and channels&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Develop and deliver marketing and brand assets including presentations, templates, digital content, and communications aligned to brand standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Contribute to brand rollout initiatives, including updating existing materials and deploying new branded templates and tools across teams&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Manage and maintain brand asset libraries and tools, ensuring accessibility, organization, and proper usage&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Review and adapt materials to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and governance standards&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Execute content development across digital channels, including but not limited to: social media content planning, creation, posting, and community management&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Coordination and execution of digital campaigns and advertising content&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Website content updates and ongoing maintenance&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">&nbsp;Provide marketing support for events and tradeshows, including development of branded assets, coordination, and on-site support as required&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Contribute to team priorities and initiatives, providing hands-on support and driving high-quality output across multiple workstreams.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><strong>Requirements &amp;
