This team member will support students and the Site Director by delivering math and<br>reading instruction and assisting with daily program operations. This is an ideal role for a candidate with strong instructional knowledge, organizational skills, and a love of children and teaching.</span><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Set up and maintain afterschool program activities, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Administer reading and math assessments accurately and efficiently to monitor student progress.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Analyze assessment data and prepare clear reports to guide instructional decisions and communicate outcomes.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Provide grade-level appropriate resources and activities to support targeted learning goals.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Model and lead classroom management (student behavior &amp; engagement).</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Support the Site Director with on-site programming needs.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Prepare supplemental materials to help students practice skills.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure student engagement with learning and volunteers.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Model instructional resources for staff and volunteers.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Ensure academic resources are appropriate for student needs. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Fill in as Site Director as needed.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Perform other relevant duties as assigned.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications/Requirements</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Bachelor’s degree or higher (preferably in Education or a related field)</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Minimum 1-3 years of formal or informal teaching experience with children grades K-5.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\">Strong knowledge of math and reading strategies.</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
