In support of our customer, we are seeking a mid-level Program Analysts, with experience in supporting DOD Federal acquisition programs; knowledge of policy/principles/organizational protocols.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>General Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate detailed phases of the engineering or scientific work in a project or perform work that involves conventional engineering or scientific practices</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Generate specifications or plans to support the development of acquisition documentation</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support technical findings, opinions, or recommendations&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform customer liaison, make presentations, and attend customer meetings&nbsp;</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Consult with stakeholders on technical applications to support program management decisions</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Specific Requirements:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform the administrative and technical support required to analyze, develop, review, update, and deliver Test &amp; Evaluation (T&amp;E) documentation (i.e., Test and Evaluation Master Plans, test annexes, test reports, test strategies, test plans, and test procedures) in accordance with the Marine Corps T&amp;E Handbook and program T&amp;E policies and standard operating procedures</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct comprehensive planning and coordination with Government and non-Government test agencies to schedule facilities, materials, and personnel to successfully execute test events, to include the preparation, execution, and closure of Test Readiness Reviews</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Provide continuous support throughout test events, to include observing tests; analyzing T&amp;E artifacts; developing and providing input to supporting documentation (i.e., Test Incident Reports, Requirements Traceability Matrices); and hosting Technical Review Boards</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Schedule, facilitate, and participate in Working Groups, Integrated Product Team Meetings, Technical Reviews, and Decision Briefings with internal and external stakeholders</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Education/Experience:&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; BS Degree in engineering field, with 3-6 years of related progressive professional work experience</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>*Years of relevant experience may be substituted for a degree on a case-by-case&nbsp;</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>&nbsp;basis.</em></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">&bull; Minimum Clearance Required: SECRET</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Physical Demands:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
