font-size: 14px;\">Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Senior Associate to join our Credit &amp; Structured Products team at our Boston, MA office.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Ensure cash reconciliation is sent to the client;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Review and approve daily reporting;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Ensure input and review occur and trades are input in a timely fashion;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Assist with new client onboardings;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Coordinate with client on daily deliverables and ensure team is fully aware of all client daily deliverables and expectations;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Assume responsibility for training and development of all C&amp;SP staff;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Ownership of process improvement and final delivery of solutions;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Take on full invoice process from request to client delivery;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Ensure timeframes and deliverables agreed with Client and Trustee are met;&nbsp;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Demonstrate ability to prioritize, complete, and delegate tasks while providing high attention to detail and excellence customer service;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Apply experience and understanding of market and best practices when managing transactions and communicating with other parties involved; and</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Oversee procedures and review process of Analyst/Associate staff.</span></span></li></ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\"><strong>YOUR PROFILE:</strong></span></span></p><ul><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in finance, accounting, business, or economics preferred;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">4+ years of professional experience within a business or finance-related capacity;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Basic knowledge of loan operations, commercial mortgage lending, or loan securitization with product knowledge and/or customer service experience;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Previous experience with CLO compliance and Waterfall modeling;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Experience in direct management and training of team members preferred;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Ability to independently research and resolve problems;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Responsive, friendly, professional, highly organized, and superb communication;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Solid Microsoft Excel experience;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Knowledge or familiarity with Bloomberg, performance systems, and other loan research and analysis tools a plus;</span></span></li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14px;\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma,sans-serif;\">Exceptional attention to detail and able to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy;
