Our model emphasizes immersive, hands-on application of techniques, instrumentation, and career skills necessary for success in a professional laboratory.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The Academy is seeking an <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Enrollment &amp; Partnerships Manager</span> to lead the development and execution of student pipeline and employer partnership strategies across the Greater Boston region. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment &amp; Partnerships, this role drives enrollment growth, builds industry relationships, and ensures strong job placement outcomes.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Enrollment &amp; Partnerships Manager is a relationship-driven leader who builds strong connections between students and the biotech industry. This role focuses on developing recruitment strategies and employer partnerships that align training with workforce needs.</p>\n<p>You’ll operate at both a strategic and hands-on level, shaping long-term pipeline efforts while engaging directly with students, educators, and industry partners. This role requires strong judgment, independence, and initiative, with a high degree of autonomy and ownership over key outcomes. You’ll be expected to think critically, solve problems, and effectively influence a diverse range of stakeholders.</p>\n<p>As a primary external representative of the Academy, you’ll collaborate with internal teams while leading initiatives that drive enrollment and job placement outcomes.</p>\n<p>This position is based in Boston and is primarily onsite, with regular travel to partner schools, employers, and community organizations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Student Recruitment </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Strategy </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">&amp; Pipeline Development</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and execute a student recruitment strategy to build a strong, sustainable pipeline aligned with program capacity and workforce demand</li>\n<li>Build and manage partnerships with high schools, community organizations, workforce groups, and other student-serving institutions</li>\n<li>Drive Boston-based outreach efforts targeting young adults (18–30), including messaging, engagement, and enrollment campaigns</li>\n<li>Integrate an equity-centered and data-informed approach to recruitment, ensuring inclusive access and strong engagement across diverse communities.</li>\n<li>Represent the Academy at school visits, info sessions, and community events</li>\n<li>Use data and stakeholder feedback to continuously refine recruitment strategy and improve outcomes</li>\n<li>Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the full enrollment process, from outreach through onboarding</li>\n<li>Plan and lead key recruitment events (e.g., open houses, info sessions, site visits)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Industry </span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Partnerships &amp; Workforce</span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> Alignment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute a scalable industry partnership strategy to support co-op placements and long-term employment outcomes</li>\n<li>Build and manage relationships with biotech and life sciences employers, positioning the Academy as a trusted workforce partner</li>\n<li>Secure co-op placements and job opportunities for students and graduates</li>\n<li>Lead employer engagement efforts (events, mentorship, mock interviews, career readiness initiatives)</li>\n<li>Oversee co-op matching, track outcomes, and use employer feedback to improve programs</li>\n<li>Support graduates in transitioning to full-time roles or continued education</li>\n<li>Build and refine systems to scale partnerships and improve placement outcomes</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in business development, workforce development, talent pipeline building, or a related field; experience in or closely connected to the biotech/life sciences sector strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience building partnerships, pipelines, or placing talent</li>\n<li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills</li>\n<li>Experience leading outreach or engagement efforts</li>\n<li>Comfortable in public-facing, external roles</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results independently.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience working across teams</li>\n<li>Familiarity with work-based learning programs (co-ops, internships, etc.) preferred</li>\n<li>Understanding of life sciences workforce needs and hiring trends</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Mission-driven, collaborative, and committed to expanding access to biotech careers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why This Role Matters</span></p>\n<p>This role sits at the intersection of education and industry and plays a critical role in shaping the future biotech workforce.
